Our enormous resources, capabilities, and technologically advanced equipment constantly allow us to meet your exacting specifications, at the best possible price. Stocking a wide variety of materials allows us to custom manufacture punched, machined, and vacuum formed plastic components, often under short time frames. We can work directly from your electronic CAD files, ensuring accuracy, saving time.
With the largest machining facility exclusively for plastics in North America we are able to offer the right machine for every job. We can nest parts in a 6′ x 12′ sheet and cut material up to 6″ thick. We have extensive CNC sawing, drilling, milling and routing capabilities. Our turning centers include four axis turning with an automatic bar feeder. The advantages to you are reduced set up time, more efficient manufacturing and lower cost.
A waterjet machine utilizes a high pressure stream of water to cut through materials. Our water jet machines allow us to accurately and efficiently cut parts out of sheets size up to 5’ x 10’ and up to 8” thick.
Punch Press – multi-ton high speed punch presses make short work of long running jobs, punch materials in strip or roll form.
CNC Punching – for small and medium size runs, multiple high speed punching centers punch parts from sheets .017″ to .312″ thick. There are normally no tooling charges due to our large tool library.
Steel Rule Die Punching – low tooling and set up costs make this method perfect for prototype or short run jobs. Materials in roll or sheet form from .002″ to .031″ thick can be punched using automatic feeders.
Capabilities include vacuum forming, line bending, bonding, polishing and assembly of materials such as Acrylic, Lexan, PETG and Styrene. Our large inventory gives us the ability to handle your prototypes to full production runs.
Polyply Composites is able to control total molding cost due to their ability to produce SMC and BMC Compounds using polyester resin systems. Polyply produces parts made by compression molding fiberglass reinforced polyester materials. These thermoset materials contain a catalyst which initiates curing under high heat and pressure.
